World of Warcraft Item Upgrader
The item upgrader allows players to improve the performance of weapons and armor. It requires a Power Dices and the items needed to perform the upgrade.
Upgrades cost Valorstones and, based on which gear upgrade track you choose, a certain amount of Harbinger Crests. They also have a chance to fail. Failure to upgrade could result in the item losing its level of upgrade as well as the materials used to make the upgrade.
Recyclable Items

It is important to keep in mind that recycling should only be done as a last resort. It's more important to reduce consumption, and to prioritize quality items that can be repaired or reused for other uses.
Rerolling
Rerolling allows players to change the stats on an armor, weapon, or rings. This can be done by pressing the green button and circular arrows that circle the item. The new stats will replace ones already on the item, so you can't have multiple upgrades on a single item. However, the rerolling process does not alter the benefits.
Like enchantments and upgrade items upgrades are consumed after they are used to roll an item. The cost of upgrading an upgrade item is determined by the amount of Valorstones or Crests that are used. This cost increases as the item's level rises and is higher for higher-level items.
Rerolling an item won't affect EDs, resistances or sockets. However, it can increase the damage for some stats. Upgrade items can be upgraded in the same as normal weapons. Their upgrade paths are based off of the stats of the base item. These upgrades can be upgraded to give more effective results.
For instance, a sword can be transformed into a halberd using an upgrader for items that increases the damage of certain stats. This can increase the speed of attack of the item and increase the damage it can deal even if it doesn't use physical attacks. The new upgrade will not affect the base damage of a sword.
Upgrades also change the upgrade route of an item, decreasing the chance of acquiring a poor affix. This is important for gear, like Rogue gear, which relies on a strong affix in order to be successful in the game.
The upgrader of an item can transfer substats from one item to another. This feature is only available to rings and can only be used on items that are of the same tier and rarity. This is a great way to upgrade an item without spending lots of money.
There is a small upgrade for the re-rolling method called EZ Upgrader that is available for purchase with 1 Angel Investors. This extension doesn't offer any game-related benefits however it does make the upgrade process a lot faster. It also includes an option in the Manager's Upgrades tab that shows you the cheapest Cash upgrade that you can purchase.
Sets

This will also increase the weapon's damage base. The armor and weapons upgrades require different amounts of Valorstones based on the level of the item with higher-level items needing more.
The upgrade system is an excellent way to make your favorite equipment better. While I'm not sure allowing upgrades on set items is beneficial as it could make the game more boring, it might be a great option for uniques. Upgraded Hwanins Bills may not be OP but they could be more useful in the beginning of hell, before high-level runewords are gained.
Another great feature of the upgrade system is the ability to reroll. You can exchange an item with a more recent one that has a greater stat base and a distinct bonus. A helmet can be rerolled to become a sword or shield or a guard can be transformed can be transformed into the form of a cloak. It's important to note that rerolling an item does not increase the chance of getting a BIS item however it can reduce the amount of resources you waste on upgrades.
Extra stats
